The first half of the video narrates the lonelyness of the astronaut, framing him and the spaceship in different locations of the universe. Here are the main shots of this phase:
Suddenly the spaceship receives a signal and the astronaut is able to find Earth's position.
He then starts preparing the flight and starts with a fast jump, falling into space wormholes.
